They learn this is not his first time; that he has done this before and to several other women. Goofs When Kelly Sun fully regains consciousness in the hospital, she panics because she has to be in Korea on Friday, only to be told by Stabler it's already Friday, and that she's missed her flight.
It's established that Kelly was at the airport 'last night' - Thursday - when she was drugged. That's not nearly enough time to get to South Korea by Friday; a non-stop flight from New York to Seoul takes at least 14 hours, and Seoul is 14 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. (Had Kelly left New York on Thursday evening, she likely would have arrived in Korea very late Friday or early Saturday,) ». Quotes: after Elliot shows Laurel Andrews a video of her being sexually assaulted What the hell were you thinking?: I was thinking about getting a serial rapist off the streets.: I want to catch the guy as much as you do, but what about Laurel Andrews?: How many times have you said, 'Confronting the attacker is the only way to move on'?: Laurel doesn't have to move on.
In her mind, she wasn't even raped.: Lutz will learn from his mistakes. He'll improve his MO. Then we'll never get him. You can't change. Kelly Hu becomes one of the rape victims, the latest that the SVU squad catches the case for. At first it's thought that she's a robbery victim as well since she was carrying $700,000.00 in diamonds on her as a bonded messenger.
But the perpetrator never even looked inside the sealed part of her purse. No Michael Trucco had his own agenda going here, he not only rapes them, but he drugs them with scopallimine so they don't even remember the event which Hu doesn't. But he also tapes the encounter. If Hu hadn't been found disheveled and unconscious who knows how many more victims Trucco would have racked up. Christina Ebersole's defense of him is that Trucco's addiction to porn made him do it.
The rapist version of the Twinkie defense. In fact we learn that Judge John Cullum likes some raunchy porn himself which provides a bump on the road to justice.
It all gets resolved in the end, but Trucco is truly one loathsome character, one of the worst SVU ever dealt with.

However, because of its nonlinear storytelling, it portrayed Cassidy as still working for the unit months later. Despite the continuity error, the producers decided to revisit this episode in the owing to the cliffhanger ending and 's well-received performance as Harper Anderson, a rape victim who becomes obsessed with taking revenge on her attacker. She was nominated for the. Was one of the actresses who originally auditioned for the role of Olivia Benson.
