Generally, all drug screens will test for 5 substances: Cannabinoids (Marijuana) Cocaine Opiates (Heroin, Morphine) Amphetamines (Adderall, Meth) PCP An expanded dr ug screen may test for a few or all of the following: Hydrocodone (Vicodin) Barbituates MDMA (Ecstasy) Methadone Ethanol (Alcohol) Propoxyphene Methaqualone (Quaaludes) Benzodiazepines And some other screens test for LSD and other hallucinogens, but unless you're taking a drug screen for the air force or the CIA I wouldn't worry about it. And I would probably only be concerned with benzos and hydrocodone/oxycodone for the expanded test.

That all depends on the type of drug screen you are taking. If it is a general five panel, it tests for THC, cocaine, opiates, benzos (Xanax, Klonopin) methamphetamine and amp hetamine. Only illicit drugs will register with the exception of narcotic pain meds. A ten panel test goes into more detail checking for methadone, PCP, barbiturates, oxycodone, and benzodiazepines. However, if you are suspected o tampering with the urine sample or they suspect anything suspicious in the urine, it'll be sent to a lab where they can break it down on a molecular level. And pretty much tell how much & when you have used, if so.
